What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are often described as a field of consciousness that holds the memory of your soul’s experience, offering insight, perspective, and a deeper understanding of what you’re moving through in life.

I open the Records for the session and share what comes through, helping illuminate patterns and bringing understanding to what may feel uncertain or unclear.
How long are the sessions?
Akashic Light Session: approximately 45 minutes
Full Akashic Records Reading: approximately 75–90 minutes
Do I need to prepare anything?
You’re welcome to bring questions, or simply a sense of where you’d like guidance or focus at the moment.
Is the session recorded?
Yes, you’ll receive a recording, transcript and summary of your reading afterwards.​​

About Caron
​​I came to this work through my own experience of life's transitions, challenges and inner searching.
​
What drew me to the Akashic Records was the grounded clarity they offer — helping to illuminate patterns, deepen understanding and bring perspective to what feels uncertain.
​
My approach is calm and conversational, creating a space where insight can emerge organically.
​
While many sessions are guided through the Akashic Records, I work intuitively and may draw on a blend of modalities depending on your needs and the focus of the session.
​
Alongside my training in the Akashic Records, Reiki and energy work, I have over ten years' experience teaching yoga and spent three years volunteering as a listener with a telephone support service.
​
Both experiences continue to influence how I work today. Yoga taught me the value of presence, self-awareness and meeting people where they are, while my listening volunteer training deepened my appreciation for the importance of being heard without judgement.
​
Together, these experiences have shaped my commitment to offering a calm, compassionate space where people can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences with curiosity and self-compassion.

I see this work as a way of bringing greater coherence to the life you are already living.
